Dr. Otwori’s expertise spans disaster risk management, climate change adaptation, food security, and sustainable development, with a special focus on climate-smart agriculture, community resilience, and migration in the context of climate change.
His academic contributions include peer-reviewed publications on climate-smart agriculture, food security, and disaster risk reduction strategies.
